Oceanable Inc. (hereinafter “the Company”) establishes and discloses the following privacy policy under Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, in order to protect the personal data of data subjects and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.
Article 1 (Purpose of processing) The Company processes personal data to receive and reply to inquiries and to manage consultation records. The data processed is not used for any purpose beyond those below; if the purpose changes, the Company will take the necessary measures, including obtaining separate consent under Article 18 of the Act.
Article 2 (Items collected) Name, phone number, email, company or organization name, and inquiry content.
Article 3 (Retention and use period) Retained for 1 year after the inquiry is completed, then destroyed.
Article 4 (Right to refuse consent) Data subjects have the right to refuse consent; if consent is refused, we may not be able to accept the inquiry.
